Logic Editor Released

A major release today, with two important new features: Logic Editor and Custom Components.

Logic Editor

The Logic Editor lets you create custom frontend UI logic and bind it to components on your page. You can make everything from a button that navigates to a page to running custom JavaScript. You can also bind data to your page, perform calculations, work with local variables and manipulate data in your app’s connected data sources.

Please see the full documentation for more details.

Custom Components

You can now create custom UI components with HTML5 inside the Composer editor – anything from custom buttons to weather widgets. Components are reusable across your apps, so every new component you create will speed up app creation for future projects. You can also create custom Logic Editor actions.
